When is your semester done?
For me monday night, I've been excused from some of my finals so it's getting better. I take 4 monday, leave for the staging area and then board the big bird shortly there after. Should be a wild ride for the next month at least.

Yeah, well it could be worse. It appears my nutjob landlord may not be willing to renew my lease because my dogs ate some of the backyard landscaping.

Did I mention she's a nutjob? I haven't actually spoken to her since I signed the lease, but my roommate (who is moving out) has. I'm assuming she hinted or ratted out that the backyard landscaping is in bad shape. She's coming to "inspect" everything and according to my roommate, she hasn't been to the house in about 18 months. Strange coincidence. Anyway, I was already planning on fixing the yard (and the stair that one of my dogs chewed up ) and getting the carpets cleaned, but I kinds wanted to be able to do this stuff over a month or 3, not this weekend when I'm already broke.

I'm not saying that it's right, but if the landlord did an inspection (which is legal) and noticed that there is damage to the property, she has the option to not renew the lease.
