How hard is it to install spark plugs?

How hard is it to install spark plugs?

I have a 05 sti....i heard installing spark plugs were a PITA?

Any tips and instructions or special tools i might need?

What specific one step colder plugs do i need?

I used some NGK iridium plugs (one step colder)
Model : LFR7AIX

it's pretty hard if you've never done it before. i had the help of someone who had done it a few times before, we got it done pretty quickly.

I can do it in 30 minutes. The fuel pours out faster that way you have have leaking injector o-rings.
