Are there any external RAID enclosures out on the market for home computers, or do I get to build an external file store?

On a related note, does anybody know of any free or very close to free software that will automatically back up the priceless data stored on our company server automatically?

Nobody here is a programmer and wants to even think about an app that requires us to write even one line of code or enter a command prompt. We need a piece of software that says "What do I back up? This drive? Okay. When? Okay."

And that's it. I don't care how long it takes as long as when I come in on monday I have 2 sets of company data that are not on borked drives.
