Takes individual coffee packets, so you select the item you want (espresso shot, latte, coffee, strong coffee, etc) put the cup in there, insert the packet (that has the pre-measured amount of coffee AND filter in it) and Poof. Coffee time *****!

They have a home model, I do believe I shall purchase it.
