The Drag Strip

SO I go to the track this wednesday and to my austonishment i see a couple of WRX's there...one was stock and one was an STi. For some particular reason the STi was doing horrible times....his take offs were alright but somewhere between the start and the finish he just kills it...if i recall correctly i think he was doing like 14.1 or something of that nature. i was like waaaa...I thought they were supposed to do like 13.1 stock....a second is a whole lotta time...

Usually everybody that's going to go on a specific date post it in that thread so that others will know. Most of the forum members aren't going out, along with me, until it cools down.

It's one thing to cool down your IC while you wait, but it's another to get cool air into your IC while you are running. So you are still sucking air that is not as cool as you would want. But I guess IC sprayers do a little bit of the job.

thats why i leave the ice bag under the hood while im making my run.. as long as its not springing a big leak, none of the officials will notice, i made 3 runs in march with the icebag under the hood
