I was hoping he would accidentally drink some bleach, but we're buying my mother in laws' condo so we'll only be there til the end of the month. that neighbor is a totally different story though, not crazy, just a ******.

btw, when I was leaving for work this morning he was yelling "you ***** ! don't believe that a$$hole !" Maybe Next time I'm awakened by one of his rants I 'll nake an anomous noise complaint that a derranged neighbor is shouting disturbing profanity to his imaginary friend. I just don't know how a guy like this could be a school teacher

Most of my neighbors are Mormon and directly next door is a Sherriff's deputy. So in general my area is pretty quiet, except for the many kids that are around.
