crazy neighbors
how many of tou have them?

I've been working a side job in vacaville for the last month or so(I live in Napa), and I get picked up @7:am by my brother who brings our dog to the job (ridgeback-sharpei mix)
so my brother leaves his car at idle for less than three minutes while he comes in to get me, my crazy neighbor sees his car idling after coming outside to move his bike out of the rain and decides to go snooping around the car, bullet proceeds to bark at the humpty dumpty lookin stranger like any normal dog would do and humpty yells outloud "SHUT THAT DUMB DOG UP !" while my brother responds "he's a dog, he barks" (keep in mind the dog was in the car the whole time) humpty waddles back inside while muttering "Take that dog and shove it up your *** !" does anyone else have problems with wierd neighbors ?
This guy complains to the association if a car is parked in front of our house for too long but I am awakened sometimes at 2 am and sometimes at 6 am to him screaming at his tv... wtf ? I'll try to sneak a pic of this gumdrop as soon as possible.

my neighbors are chill. but my friend had some russian neighbors that couldnt speak english. they didnt like his dog (golden retriever) so they poisened it. dog had to get its stomach pumped and all that stuff. we retaliated but i wont go into details.

my neighbors are either newer families with young kids or old people, definently no hot neighbor girls here lol 
its pretty chill around on my 1\2 of the street tho...quiet but we do get the occasional mexican music blazing, but its not all the time...just kinda rarely

My neighbors = my 84 year old grandma across the street. Other than that my closest neighbor is 1/4 mile away (I measured it

My neighbors on one side are pretty cool. We rarely see them as they keep odd hours.
