I heard a rumor starting Febuary 12th at 10:00pm, if the moon is out... a new law is gunna be active and rancho pd... sac pd... every pd... is gunna start enforcing it STRICTLY...


You can now get pulled over while driving the speed limit, and if the officer wants he can give you 19 points and put your in jail for life if you get the trivia question of his choice wrong...

I heard this through the guy that works at bel-air... i think it's legit

 

this isn't a rumor it's fact.... well the pulling over part is.

You can be breaking the speed law if you are driving the posted limit but the current conditions make the enforcable limit lower.
