I used to be real stupid with my money when I was a kid (John), and then one day I spoke to a 45 year old guy (conversation started when I parked next to his new ferrari-although he owned two others) who started to kick down some knowledge on how he went about saving and investing his money, and being smart with his spending, ended up retiring at 42 and was loving it (wish I had met his daughter). Unfortunately, I never really got to pick his brain on what specific investments to make so I'm kinda lost now. It's a slow process, but I think I'll figure it out.
