Question Powder Coating in Sacramento

Anybody had their wheels powder coated in the Sacramento area? Had one place in rocklin (a custom motorcycle shop) quote me $120 per wheel. Looking to do my stock WRX wheels in black.

I had a set done at a place out on Recycle; a 20% gloss black (nice satin finish with a little bit of reflectivity) and it was somewhere around $80 per wheel.

There's a ton of PC places on South Sunrise that have built up around all the wakeboard tower manufacturers in the area.

The place I went to was left on....Fitzgerald. Go straight up the driveway when the road curves to the left.

What's that place in Chico that Ericdared used for his rims? I believe they're less expensive than $85 and I thought they did a good job. This info would probably be more useful to dlouie than blackfog.
