Hit a patch of ice tonight

So tonight I was driving to my friends house in downtown Laramie and I was coming up to a light and as I was about 10 ft from it it began to turn red I applied my brakes lightly and started sliding so I let off and went through the light and hit a patch of ice at roughly 5-10mph and slid into a curb I hear a loud bang and I figure my quarter panel and rim is done for and then my car proceeds to go up into a drive way into a field where I can finally get it stopped. I get out of my car my quarter is fine and my rim is just curb rashed anything I need to get checked out? And any shop recomendations around the Laramie area?
Thanks
Jerry

you may want to get your alignment checked, and make sure you wheel is still balanced.

I did that in my frist car a 88 civic and it cost my like $1500, it sucked. I slid into a curb at about 15-20mph. Bent all sorts of stuff up in there. Hope yours isn't that bad.

Mine was pretty rough when it happened. I hit it just right to mess it up good. If you can still drive it, it should be good. sounds like it might just need a alignment
