auto x is in a parking lot, rally is generally off road, although there are tarmac rallies. rally drivers also tend to drift, while auto x-ers grip. generally speaking.

Any places or websites to check for local Auto X tracks or places?

Probably Philly region for you. or DC, depending on where in Delaware you are.

Go to SCCA.com for more info on regional chapters.

Rally-x is auto-x on dirt.

Auto-x is rally-x on pavement.

Both require a sea of cones.
