She cant get out of the car, but she can take the time to call somebody and give a running commentary. It's kinda rude to be on a cell phone when somebody is talking to you in person isn't it? Anyway I have been led from out af a car at gun point a few times(sometimes deserved) I would much rather it been a tazer, then the p228 .40 that Sac sheriffs use.

 

She got told 4 times to get out of the car and yet her dum *** wanted the tazer for some reason. If a cop pointed a taser at me i would do exactally what he said. OWNED!

 

not only that but she narrated the whole incident to whoever she was talking to, like she wasnt even there and was watching it on TV or something. moron.

And what that must have sounded like to the person on the other line!

god i hate people sooooo much....soooo verrrry much it was sooo hilarious watching her get the **** shocked outta her haha seriously tho, if youre going to speed at least do what the cop says...**** when i got pulled over for doin 100+ on I80 a few years back before the cop came over i shut my car off, took the keys out, put them on the dash and had my hands on the wheel w\my papers ready and just calm lol...scared me straight and was verrrry lucky the cop just wanted to go home since it was late and he wasnt from my town or even near by...stupid random martinez cops going to vacaville he let me off w\a 80+ ticket lol

 

bet you anything that when that one was five years old she threw tantrums when she was in the grocery store... until her mom pleaded and begged her to make her stop.

that lady was stupid, i mean really stupid. but stupidity alone doesn't warrant the use of a taser. from what i seen, the officer was never in danger. that incident has lawsuit written all over it.

 

Suspect: beligerant, uncooperative, doing 51 in a 35 zone, brake light out, suspended license. Does not follow officer's repeated requests to step out of car.

Officer: not in a mood for b.s.

IMHO: officer allows confrontation to escalate, issuing ultimatum to comply or he'll use force. unless officer has a good reason believe that the suspect is going to use force against him, or drive off and recklessly endanger the safety of others, i think his use of force was unwarranted.

glad i'm not a police officer. i might have tasered her myself...
