You are probably right, if she would have been white it probably would not have happened. Primarily because most white people know that if you start s**t with the man, he WILL F**C YOU UP! and they have enough sense to STFU and take their ticket. The only reason she started the s**t she did is because she knew she was suspended and was going to jail when he found out about it.

I fail to understand why people don't seem to get the fact that the proper way to handle a traffic stop and not get your azz kicked is to STFU, be respectful, and take your ticket. If you have an issue with the officer, call him in. I have actually known people who succesfully filed harrasment papers against a cop and managed to get a restraining order against him, based on a long history of unjust traffic stops, etc. It can be done.

You know what, I miss the good old days too. Back when people actually showed respect towards each other and didn't think that mouthing off at people in positions of authority was acceptable. Now we have a nation of children who go to school and tell their teachers to f**k off and if mommy or daddy trys to do something about it they threaten to call the police, because the same teacher they told to f**k off taught them to not repsect their parents authority either.

What a sad state of affairs.

In my honest opinion the taser was making up for what momma should have done a LONG time ago . . . beat that a** and teach some respect.

Obey the law
Use common sense
Stop immediately
Turn that s**t off (Reffering to loud rap music)
Be polite
Stay in your car
Shut the f**k up
Get a white friend

Ummmmm, the famous African American entertainer Chris Rock? BINGO!

O.K. - You are in the same situation, how do you get her out of the car? Does your department issue tasers? If so have you received training and do you carry a taser?

Obviously he was in no eminent danger, which is why he used a non-lethal device to restrain a hostile, non-complying criminal. Look at the size of the criminal, given an officer who was smaller or female she would have been a shooter if she would have come out of the truck.

Also, if YOU would listen to the video he says that she swung on the other officer that was on the right side of her vehicle. Did you in fact watch all of the videos and see the other officer approach the right side of her vehicle.

In the video you speak of, where the jackass tears up the ticket, the officer is not trying to take the man into custody. Had he been and had the guy driven off like he did the officer would have been justified in using deadly force. He was not though, completely different circumstances.

Again though, it really comes down to common sense and respect. Had she used one or the other she would not have been in the situation she was in.
