looking for volunteers to assist in setting up the 5th annual West Coast Subaru Show - Hosted by www.pnwsec.org

we are hoping to set up an event committee and assign tasks and make sure all bases are covered and the event is well organized.

once again, if you were not aware, this event will be held at Rocky Point in Oak Harbor - date is July 5th!!! and we've already secured and paid for the event site.

There will be a show n shine - several trophies to award

There will be a bar-b-que - we're looking to have everyone bring "something"

There is Beach access, volleyball, playground for kids - this is definately a family event...

Planning Meetings should begin as soon as next week.
anyone interested in volunteering, let us know asap!

I'm up on the island and I already e-mailed Jamie letting her know I can take care of a few things from up here if need be. Plus I'm down for volunteering for just about anything that day.

Hey guys,

I am newbie when comes to owning the WRX, but I have been working with Jamie for a couple of years sponsoring her race efforts. It is her fault I got a WRX, but that is a good thing

Thanks Jamie!!!

I have already emailed her and told her that I would help anywhere I can (knee pads not included). If anyone else needs help with the SHOW let me know and I will see what I can do.

We would like to go, But the only problem is MY KID IS RACING that whole week! It's the Western Grand Nationals!! Right now he is in 3rd place for the region!I wish it would have been the following weekend. But oh well theres always next year!!!
