Here is a picture of all the parts after paint.
The paint is a 3 stage white. Mid-coat has silver zerylic crystals and glass beads. Its a really cool color cause the white is really "white" and the crystals and glass beads make it shimer, kind of diamondesque. But you probably cant tell that in the pictures, only in person.

 

OK so here it is..... I finally have caught up to the build.

This last weekend me and 06blackwrxtr painted the engine bay and bolted on all of the parts and I got a new windshield!



The picture below is the car just being rolled out after paint.



The next pic shows most of the parts bolted back on.

Couple more pics from this weekend. Still have to put the finishing touches on the Carbon (clear coat) and mount the APR wing and side skirts, install lights and detail the inside. She is one dirty piggy.

Yeah the white is by SEM products, its called bright white. In the sun you cant even look at the car without sunglasses!

 

wow I really like how u guys r designing this car. I've always like the cf trunk, hood, and roof looks on cars. It's a great match. Will you guys be using edm headlights? Also have you guys picked out rims and suspension yet? The car is gonna look really nice when it's done. You guys located in sac right? Have you ever thought about coming out here to fairfield for the barnes and nobles meet when the car is done. We always have a good amount of cars.

 

Obrecommander keeps wishy washing on rim choices and colors. I'd like to see a set of 17x8 Rota's in bronze or some volks in bronze too, but well see what happens.

For suspension the car is gonna run a set of Coilovers from Daiyama that are about level with the Cusco Zeros. They come with pillow ball tops We actually have a spare set for an 05+ STI for sale if you know any one.

Currently the car has one headlight. The second one has been on order forever. But once they get here I think a Koji mod might be in the works. But who knows.

We've been talkin about hittin up FF Barnes and Nobles once the car is done. Obrecommanders got family in that area so it would be an easy trip to do.

Thanks! Yeah were hoping to get some clear on top of the carbon this weekend to give it that deep look. Yeah the rims, Im just not sure about. What I really want to do is design my own and get them machined....but that costs to much. So like 06blackwrxtr said.....Im thinking about volks or prodrives. With the lights, I really want to get some prodrive style lights. But im gonna run stock ones for awhile!

and headlights... if you go on lightwerkz.net and browse around you'll see the guy recently retrofitted the bugeye lights!!! they look soooooo sweet!!! deffinetly my choice in head lights when I get the cash!
