still playing with the jdm ej205 .stock bvp cant hold 22 psi , got a dual port turbosmart 50/50 on full recir.

Getting ready to get the head cleaned and resurface . removing all the valve train components . I need to change couple of valves due to pitting and rust around the valve stem. this build is getting expensive, ouch

Did some port and cleaning on intake and exhaust s20 head. ordered manley springs and retainers. for the the valves I'm getting supertech ss intake and inconel exhaust valve std.

machine shop replaced all the valve guides and set valve lash set to .008 intake and .010 exhaust.
