Project Bugeye stroker


Update
stroker short block is done .
manley piston 92.5
sti rod with arp bolt
sti crank
acl bearings
arp head bolts

heads
s20 head port and polish
sti cams .
manley spring and titanium retainers
supertech nitraded intake and inconel exhaust
gsc valve stem seal

v9 6speed with mapdccd
fp green htz turbo
engine tranny mount and shifter bushing
borla exhaust
grimspeed ebc
grimmspeed upipe
gruppe-s uel headers
ks tech 73mm
perrin fuel rain
perrin turbo inlet
perrin crank pulley
dw300
turbo smart dual port bov
Hyperflow tmic





Current set up .jdm ej205 w/ 16gxt ,Id1000 and supporting mods. on e85
Thanks to Mike and Dionne at Gst Motorsport.




Stroker parts I have right now .
sti crank grind and polish 10/10

manley stroker piston 92.5 mm 8.5:1 compression ratio

ej205 darton sleeved case halves .

sti rods or manley rods still debating what rods to get.
goal is 350-400 whp .

I'm curious too, inasmuch as I've considered it (better spool, still decent mileage). Know a lot of folks just go 2.5 or bigger if they're gonna stroke anything.

Done with the v9 sti 6 speed swap .

and this is how a JDM shifter looks like . lol , i guess it got damaged from shipping. took me 2 hours just to straighten up the shifter .Vendor is giving me a free brand new shift ****..

I'm not using the sleeved block anymore .main journal need to get align hone. got another block from Robs auto machine shop at Hayward . He did all the machining , clearance and assembly.Rob is very well informed about building and stroking subie engine. i was sold.

Got the maddccd installed

dccd wire from transmission

I used 3m quick splice with double blade for better connection.



i made a pin diagram for mapdccd . 02-03 wrx.
