Thanks for the reply!
I am currently running eric's stage2 map with a Perrin TMIC and can't be any happier! Just deciding if it's worth it to get his stage 3 map and if there is a difference
I had the q300 before, although not loud, i definitely got tired of the exhaust notes.
As far as the intake, I was leaning more towards the AEM for the "stealthy sound." Is it pretty much like the OEM airbox during normal driving and just screams during WOT? I don't want to spend $200+ on an intake and get annoyed by the whooshing during daily driving

I was there last Saturday! Fun fun!
I definetely think it's worth it the car maintains rock solid boost and builds much earlier with the addition of the GS EBCS. The car feels overall smoother and easier to rev out with the one step colders.
Yeah i wish i would have kept my SPT to be honest. Was the perfect middle ground with no drone.
If that's exactly what you want DO NOT buy the Cobb intake lol. The AEM is perfects, silent during normal cruising and loud at WOT just like you'd want it. The thing that always bothered me about the Cobb intake was how loud the sucking noise is at barely any speed. It was cool for the first two months then after a while the coolness factor died for me along with the q300 drone. I guess i'm just getting old HAH.

I had originally planned to do a brembo swap but the seller i was going to buy them from backed out on me, I'm still looking for a front set 04-12 STi and rear 08+ STi. I did all my homework so i know what it will take to run brembos on 08 WRX+ with stock wheels ect.
Difficulty of the springs was probably a 5/10 not crazy hard but you do need a spring compresser.
Comments on the epics are they provide a decent drop with stock like handling. Nothing really has made a significant difference in handling for me to notice besides the sway bars to be honest. I'm going to get some coilovers after my engine work is done, these springs were just to hold me over.

I'm also interested in doing the Brembo swap for fronts/rears. Are you trying to go ultra low or looking for better handling? I hear good things about the Bilstein/RCE Yellows combo vs. coilovers.

Trying to find a happy medium between lower then stock and improve handling. Those Bilstein/RCE yellow combo look amazing but they are the same price as some coilovers and they don't have too much height adjustment so idk exactly what i'm going for. Once i get some wider wheels i think my choice will become easier. I'm looking to only have a 1 finger gap, from everything i've heard you aren't supposed to slam these cars if you want function.
