My Subaru Build Progress
Had my car for nearly half a year. Heres a little back story on it.
Saw a friend had a 06 wrx silver hawkeye. Decided to hop on board with the subi. Didn't have as much cash as i just got into college and out of highschool, but didn't want to always rely on carpool and uber/lyft and all those other jazz. Got a good deal on this car for under $4000
Vehicle is currently used as a daily driver. Thinking of wanting to get a Manual Trans Forester XT 2004 later on in the year, or a imported GC8 WRX STI as in 2019 it will be legal in USA.
2007 Subaru Impreza 2.5i Hawkeye
At 120k, headgasket, water pump, and timing chain was replaced.
At 160k, power steering pump replaced along with all brake pads.
Rims and Tires specs.
Modding Begins:
Purchased and installed Rally Armor UR Mudflaps. Accidentally switched the clips for the front and rear, so had to backtrack and took extra time to put it on.
Front Lip and horns.
The car was in a fender bender, and from what i was told, the right fender was replaced, and the wheel well had no liner :/ bummer. The damage was also on the foglight covers, so i decided to go open foglight bezel.
Got a deal on used Tien lowering springs from a friend who had it on their 06 sti for a year.
Picked it up and slapped it on.
Swapped the taillights from 06-07 to 04-05

- Unsure if REP or authentic, but 5zigen Fn01r-C
- Tires 225/45. rims are R17 with a 35 offset as far as i know

Tinted the taillights and added a ducktail. As i am a human being, theres always a first time for everything, so heres my f*ck up and a view of the rear of the car from different angles

Had the car aligned at school. Never took alignment shop but learned on the shop.
The front camber bolts are a pain in the a**, so i just left the front camber as is. Tried to zero out everything the best i could :/
Sad seeing my car naked without headlights or a front bumper. But Demon eyes and black housing are coming up.

After 3 days of Murdered Hawki having it, She was put back together with demon eyes and blacked out housing.
And I present the most horrible camera quality shot of the Hawki
Red headlights Blue license plate lights... Whoops. Illegal yet looks nice
Summer is rolling around the corner and have couple of plans for the vehicle.

Yeah, i like how the front fenders are wider and the rear fenders are flat, but your body kit is holy sh*t wide. Theres karlton fender flares but...nahh. Just needa find a solution for rear fender not a body kit lol. Thanks tho
