well currently i'm restricted to only 4k rpms and 0 boost. So right now i'm just breaking the turbo in. I'll let you know my numbers on thursday. I'm excited. I just hope I don't have any boost leak. I'm meeting up with ed in the east bay for the road tune.

boo!!! just my luck it's raining. So what does that mean...No tune for me. I checked the weather lastnight and thought as much. But was hoping the weather people were wrong...Ehh so my tune has been moved to this weekened. I'm going to be road tuning somewhere in the east bay not sure where. Just waiting for ed to email me the directions. Oh and yesterday morning I was almost ready just to throw my car in the trash because I was so mad at it. Everytime I think my car is running decently for an un-tuned car something new happens. Yesterday morning I was puzzled as to why my idle was sooo rough, and my boost gauge wasn't working at all. I was like wtf? I quckly checked my engine bay but didn't see anything. During my lunch break at work I spent more time checking all the lines and found the problem. One of my lines was cut in two pieces? I don't even know how that happened. That was the same line my boost gauge is hook up too. So I ended up leaving work early to fix it. After the quick fix the idle was back to being perfect again. So i'm glad it wasn't anything more seroius then that. I swear it's always weird to me how a such a little boost leak like that can cause so much problems. So yeah tuning has been delayed to Saturday.

arghhh....well I had some problems during my tune today, basically I have a boost leak somewhere. So I gotta track it down i'm gonna be pressure testing my pipes for my fmic so that should be able to track down the problem. Then i'll go and try to tune my car again.

props goes out to gst they tuned my car and it feels great! I ended up getting 261whp and 234wtq on the heatbreak dyno. Mike was telling me the car could have made 285whp but my motor would have only lasted another 15k or 20k. So he would rather not blow my motor for another 20whp. The good news is my car is running great and wants to make more power. So my next mod will be the smc methanol kit. hopefully I can get 290whp or even 300whp on methanol. But i'm not gonna do that for a few months still. I'm also gonna probably get the buddy club grounding kit and perrin pulley. AFter that i'm done with the car...hehe
