Ever since about 30k I have been getting air bubbles in my coolant. It happened very slowly and only when I was under boost for a long time or going up crazy mountains (boosting). I would have to burp my coolant every so often. WEll when I got the race gas tune it just made the air come in quicker. Suspected stretched head studs and a slight head gasket lift under boost.
So I got new ARP head studs, new HG, new water pump, gasket, and timing belt. If Mike calls me back I am going to get motor mounts (mine are blown) and get a new tranny mount.
New turbo is also going on and header is coming off for porting.
Maybe more once I see the cond of the internals there might be more added to the list
It was running very strong, minus the air bubbles and pushing coolant. Some I am hopeful.
Oh and go figure, my turbo has a big crack in it on the hotside all the way to the WG. Go finger

. It is good to hook a come along to and pop the tranny lose from the motor. As for the pulley, had it for 35k and it hasn't shattered yet. Time will tell!

Finally painting all the IC piping flat black with SEM black Self Etching primer. All that chrome had to go. Even painting my cusco strut bar and maybe my GReddy catch can. I am gonna murder it out under the hood. Any one know where to get crinkle back instead of red for the intake manifold?
