Cool, it just looked odd, so I figured it had to have some functional purpose. You might try making one for the other side(even though it will just be for looks) to give the car a more symetrical look.
Looks very nice though. I'm not sure that color was offered here in the US so definiately a big on that aspect. I also dig the fog light covers.

thanks m8. thought about making another scoop for the other side just for the same reason but it catches your eye more when there's only the one. fog light covers are standard on an RB5 which is what it is.

the RB5 is a special edition in the uk, for richard burns winning the rally championship when he was with subaru. his number was 5, therefore the name RB5 came about. two versions were brought out. one like mine, had a standard 2 litre turbo, but there was also a prodrive version and it had an uprated ecu and exhaust. it gave out 245bhp to my(when standard) 215bhp. the prodrive is also called wr sport. it came witha different rear spoiler too.

well, i can't coment on that x1_srt!
but we've only been able to get uk version sti's since subaru introduced the bugeye model. any other sti's were japanese made imports.
