So anyone have a verdict on the issue of my car reaching 15ish PSI of boost in 4th and 5th?

Edit: Do you think the gauge is reading slightly higher than the actual boost? Oh and thanks for all the comments guys!

I got the 52mm ones (Defi Link Series). The BF (Black Faced) Series ones only come in 60mm so I couldn't get those. They look cooler but are more expensive and wouldn't fit the gauge pod. Plus they don't light green either, they light white...

ok so did you have to use a dremel on the Autometer pod to get the 52mm defi gauges to work? or do they just pop in like the Autometer gauges? i dont really want three gauges and i like that pod alot. and what do you guys think about getting a boost and EGT gauge before really doing alot of mods? all i have now is a KN Filter and the intake silencer removed? in the future i will do the hole 9 yards, so do you think that would be stupid to get the gauges now?

Yes the Defi Link Series gauges I got were in Imperial Units (PSI). There is an option with those gauges so if you want it in PSI make sure you are getting the Imperial Unit ones.

Well I got gauges first because I wanted to see how my baseline boost was behaving before I started modding. So I could see how my mods affected it. Also I was gonna at least want an EGT down the line so I got them first. Kinda hard to spend your first money on a mod that doesn't make the car perform better but so it goes... As for dremeling out the pod. It needed a little trimming, not much. I just used a pocket knife to carefully trim a few slivers off the pod. It was actually really easy to do with a really sharp knife. It's no big thing though, don't worry about it. Even if you dremel a little too much the gauges come with some rubber sleves that you can jam in from the back side of the pod to secure the gauges. Goodluck man!
