I just finished installing AVO's 2.5 turbo kit on my 99 RS. If anyone is thinking of doing this I recommend you set aside about a month of weekends. The kit is relatively complete and the instructions are vague at best in spots. You will also have to be able to modify things as you go because some things don't work as claimed. As well as, hoses not fitting or being to short. Ultimately the finally product is what was claimed, an extra 100 hp and you can feel it! In addition to the turbo I have done the following:
STI "Tarmac" struts
STI lowering springs
DBA front slotted rotors
EBC Green Stuff pads all around
Goodridge SS Brake lines
Borla SS headers and cat back
Prodrive/OZ P WRC 1 17" wheels (anthracite)
Yokahama AVS ES 100 tires (215/45)
Autometer Boost and A/F gauges
STI Titanium shift ****
Cobb Tuning short shift kit
Alpine head unit
Infinity kappa component speakers (front)
Infinity kappa 3 way speakers (rear)
Kenwood Excelon amp
10" Pioneer sub

Things to come:
Big brake upgrade in front, I'm still unsure of what I want to go with. 99 JDM WRX brake upgrade in the rear and probably a strut bar down the line. I'm pretty happy with the car and I will be even happier once I get to the dyno to get the numbers.

Almost 74K. This use to be my daily driver, but now I'm running up the miles on a 98 Civic. I still working on the pics. I don't have a digital camera and trying to borrow my friends is like pulling teeth!!
