Problem is there are so many post of people saying they will sue him but then they just all stopped posting or what not.. If you read back its a lot of talk going on in here and no one has done anything. I wouldnt have fallen to this scam but man i would think these people would want their money back.
I only read the most recent posts, so I do not know if this has been said already...but has anyone considered taking him to small claims court while police investigates his case? Some of the CL stories people were able to get something in writing/signed from him and, which gives them some leverage. And he can easily be served since his DL and address info have been posted. Even if evidence is lacking, he would be required to show up to court. I am not familiar with CA process, but I have done this for couple of my friends back in Chicago and would be happy to assist anyone who would want to take this route.

What i can't believe is the fact people give him money and just take photo id and passport and take his plate number and drivers license number down.. People these days are so stupid to give money first and never see a product?? Everyone knows these kinds of scams on craigslist so anyone who falls for it is plain stupid!!! Why on earth would these people hand over all there cash etc and expect him to deliver the products to them

I guess people think suing involves expensive attorney/legal fees etc etc etc...and it is actually not that expensive to file small claims and represent yourself with a little bit of research effort. And you can have one of your friends serve the court notice, it does not have to be anything official. I already did it once for my boss in his personal insurance case...
Like I said, if anyone wants to do anything about this, I am willing to help...

to tell you guys the truth i jus been way to busy **** $700 bucks and this guy hey i rather let go 7 bills then my freedom i just became a father and wouldnt miss it for the world trust me dawg u dont know the things id like to do to this guy but its not worth it on the long run i tried the leagl way and **** hasnt happened so please all you guys who are talkin **** id appreciate it if you back off i know where this guy lives and if i were anything like the person i was before i would have gotten my money back one way or another but i gotta keep a focus mind on the only thing that really matters now so for now im waitin my turn on the stand......
