wow i didn't know this thread was from a different poster. I thought this was the other "KRSTO is a scammer" thread. So it's pretty much a fact, that idiot is a scammer.
I feel bad for the victims, I hope you guys catch that scumbag and put him in his place. My accessport and other items were stolen from my WRX, so I know what it feels like to be stolen from.

/me wonders why you are still playing around with CL posts and emails and haven't just paid the $30 filing fee and another $50 for a process server and hauled his *** to court. When you win you can even collect those costs in addition to your $700. Given that you have his proper name and address from a DL, getting him served will be trivial (and this is usually the hardest part).
Oh, and he gets no lawyer in small claims court - they aren't permitted to appear for or with their client (unless, of course, he is an attorney himself). No attorney fees for you. If he elects to not show up and you win a judgement, you get to file some more papers (which again you get to include in your awarded costs) and garnish his wages and possibly even put liens on his house or car! Fun!
