ok well you dont know who i am or what im doing.im trying to figure out at what point he dumps the phone,how often he changes his number and how long he can go before posting another ad on CL.you know,things cops do to make their case solid.

Posting his number doesnt seem like a COP thing to do. why dont you get you and your cop buddies and buy something from this scammer..or set up a sting... when he scams you...then you bust him....simple
