its not that hes 2 steps ahead of police or that they are to busy.its that the people that get scammed are scared/lazy to do anything about it.

for example-if he scammed me,then threatened me about going to the police and all i did was file a report.yah im a dumbass

in 1 nite i got his address,phone number(s) and got him to agree to meet me.also to admit he owns a couple different shops and only has them to make people comfy when buying his products but that he prefers to keep the locations secret because people steal from him.(obvious scams)

so enjoy yourselves.hope he has a nice house/car/life on your dimes

 

well, if you decide to quit on this because of my reply...then you're weaksauce....because you just said what I did...whats the difference? I was saying that with all the info they had...they still did nothing with it.

What i can't believe is the fact people give him money and just take photo id and passport and take his plate number and drivers license number down.. People these days are so stupid to give money first and never see a product?? Everyone knows these kinds of scams on craigslist so anyone who falls for it is plain stupid!!! Why on earth would these people hand over all there cash etc and expect him to deliver the products to them common sense doesnt get passed out much these days

 

I only read the most recent posts, so I do not know if this has been said already...but has anyone considered taking him to small claims court while police investigates his case? Some of the CL stories people were able to get something in writing/signed from him and, which gives them some leverage. And he can easily be served since his DL and address info have been posted. Even if evidence is lacking, he would be required to show up to court. I am not familiar with CA process, but I have done this for couple of my friends back in Chicago and would be happy to assist anyone who would want to take this route.

I am not even going to get onto the topic of people not doing proper due diligence before a transaction and ending up in such situations...
