Some more pics of the fenders, doors, and rear quarter panels of the car for those of you who are super **** about the exterior condition of the car. The previous owner, Devin, did drive the car to LA a lot, so there are rock a couple rock chips on the hood and one of the driver side fender (as you can see in the first pic.) Still, this Evo looks MUCH better than most 2003 Evo's I've seen.
I am one of those people who are super **** about where I park, and I WILL park at the ungodly far edge of a parking lot where no one wants to walk to, just to avoid getting any door dings/dents.
Here's some pics of the fruits of my extra labor. NO DINGS or DENTS! Muahahah!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention something about the car.. It has a Viper alarm. I'm not sure what model, but it comes with a remote pager that notifies you if any of the sensors go off.
There is a sensor for if the trunk is popped, if the hood is popped, or if the doors are opened. It also has a tilt sensor to detect if the car is lifted off the ground and has a proximity sensor if anyone walks too close to the car.

Thanks!
I totally understand where you are coming from.
For what it's worth, stealth under the hood was a HUGE deal when I was deciding how I wanted the car put together, because I had planned to daily drive the car. I have thrown in quite a bit of extra effort into making the engine bay quite stealthy, and I have been pulled over several times, had my hood popped, and passed the "cop test." Every single time I told them it was stock, it seems the extra effort has paid off.
To ensure the stealthiest setup I could, I had Speed Element custom make me the upper intercooler pipe, which places the Tial 50mm BOV down behind the bumper. I also had them make me a custom cold air intake, which places the air filter right behind the opening in the bumper by the license plate.
In addition to that, I bought a replica Carbon Fiber HKS Kansai box, which I sanded down and painted black to place over the cold air intake to cover everything up.
One of the main things I was quite **** about was the exhaust manifold headshield. I had Speed Element custom weld brackets onto the runners of the exhaust manifold, so that I could bolt on the stock exhaust manifold heatshied to further hide everything.
One more thing I must note is that the RRE Rally Cat on the car is a resonated test pipe with heatshields on it, which makes it look like a cat converter, so if the cop looks under the car (which hasn't happened to me yet), you should be ok as well.

Closed deck, cast iron block, forged pistons, its everything the EJ should have been...This thing can handle literally anything a daily driver could throw at it.

Yeah, with the current setup on E85, it should be able to break 500whp just fine. I had thought about running a GT35R or PT6262 (which Pat from Full Function ran 9.9 in the 1/4 mile with on a 2.0L), but I decided to stick with the GT30R due to the fact that it spooled so quickly, and had such a beautiful power band with the 2.3. It made for a great street car.
