anyone want to restore a car?

helping a friend sell this car

1968 mercedes 280SL
23,030 miles
4spd manual
hardtop convertable

registered as a non opp vehicle
was running when stop driving roughly 20 years ago
interior is clean
exterior has three foot long scratches while stored
been garaged since owned

comes with four black and four white mercedes hub caps

Not sure about the price yet will put up once i find out
Better pictures will be put up once they clean out that area more.

hes not sure yet but we've been looking on ebay we found was like 10k for a non running

no my friends dad thought of it as a cool weekend car than they ended up buying a new car and they just kept in the garage sitting there. but you never know maybe just need a tune up on it and it could run? we found a new fully restored one going for $60,000 with 3 bids on it already. but not sure if that means much.

That looks like a really clean car (minus that scratch, looks like it got keyed). Good luck with the sale as I'm sure somebody is gonna love this car.
