Upgrade to 07 STI from 02 WRX

It is the one from there and was not abused. I had my personal mechanic check it out and he knows Subaru. I got a good deal on it and the motor was untouched. What makes you believe that it was abused? It has maintenance records for almost every oil and belt change ever done to it.There was only one owner and was driven multi-state often. Every other STI I looked at had lower mileage with multiple owners and no records of maintenance.

When I looked at it the front fenders and under body plastics were all in disarray and broken. The rest of the car look about 80% not bad but then again no show winner. the tires looked worn and were hot to the touch so someone had just recently driven it hard and put her up wet. I had some friends that use to work at dealerships and they always told me to be weary of performance cars on dealer lots. as people know what they can do and their skill level is at a 03 corrolla level and usually end up damaging or hurting the car. And the dealership will never own up to it EVER and just ell you tha car 'as is.'
call me a perfectionist/paranoid but it just wasn't for me.
you should be happy with her just make sure to change the tune

o that's good to know. you should be fine then. I saw it on my way home one day and stopped to look at it, as i too wanted to trade up to a STI.

free. The plastics were fine when on the lift. None missing or broken. All exhaust bolts look original and unbroken under the car. Also, with any dealer when you test drive people like to see what it's packing. I did the same when test driving other STI's. It has a 3 years warranty as well. I am very happy with her and she is in good hands. Will be going to ED really soon to tune. Need to figure out some more things beforehand though because I do not want to void the warranty.
