Hi guys I have a 07 wrx, and have been having problems with my Power steering winding and getting stuck when I'm going to turn, it only dose this when I'm about to take off, iv changed the belts, do u think it may be my PS pump or rack in pinion going bad

 

Your rack and pinion is most likely bad. Are you noticing the steering wheel sort-of "locking" if you will, into place when in a turn and instead of straightening out, it keeps on wanting to turn?
If that is the case, I would definitely look into the rack and pinion. Mine had issues and I had to replace everything.
