Noob question about bov's

For a stock car theres no point except for the sound. I have one and love it. No weird idle or stumbling between shifts, that happens when it isnt opening fast enough or its leaking. Install it properly and you'll be fine.

There is a ricer bandwagon that makes alot of people hate on anything from fast and the furious, but bovs have been around for a while and if you want one, then all the power to ya.

If you want to hear the backpressure from a short ram or CAI, get the car tuned for the intake or just do the snorkel del.
