like i said im new to the sit and havent purchased a wrx yet but have wanted one since i turned 16. the one ? i have is, is it possible to bolt a 2004-5 frount end on to a 2002-3 wrx with out having to do major surgery likr replacing the core support and such

Welcome. Just buy the year you want. If your trying to save money buy buying a bug-i then putting a 04-05 front on, well, thats silly.

yes im asking because they are cheaper and i found a 2002 with all sorts of suspension and engine work and its cheaper thin getting a bone stock 04. the paint and body work is a non issue seeing how i work for my dad in our bodyshop just wasn't sure how much work it would be never really looked at one closely so its only guna cost me what ever i can get the parts for
