Bah! I may miss out yet again. The fresh powder is calling me, so I'll likely leave from Hayward out to the Sierra foothills on Thur evening. Instead of a day trip on Fri, I'm looking to do a Fri&Sat powder-hunt at Bear.

 

GO SUNDAY! I'm headed to Sierra-at-tahoe on sunday myself. Can't wait for this east bay meet though. Gonna be lit. Tons of response so far.

 

No can do Sunday cuz I got my cousin's bday party.

Plus, I have a comp ticket for Bear on Fri; and if I end up riding there Sat too, I can get a buddy discount from one of the other fellas.

And I still haven't heard back from Sierra as to what restrictions, if any, I'd have on my ticket credit I am owed. So I dunno if it'd be honored on Sun. And this goes for most resorts... by Sun, so much will likely have been tracked out that fresh lines may be hard to come by. Also I'd feel safer riding the deep pow w/ our lil crew at Bear. If I rode Sierra, I'd need to wrangle up some other powderhounds to buddy up w/ off-piste.

But yeah, looks like there's gonna be a decent turnout on Thur nite! And iirc, there was a new i-clubber who posted a few weeks back asking when the next meet was gonna be. Y'all may wanna ping him to let him/her know about Thurs nite!

 

I plan on making it . So I look forward to meeting you guys������ I'm trying to get my friend with a 15sti out too.

I "third" the above 2 sentiments. 'Twas good to put faces & real names to the few that I had a chance to chat with during my pit stop. I'll keep my eyes peeled here for the next meet. Imho, I think sooner than later. Maybe go for every other Thurs? And I'll bring my Subie this time.

 

I would love to set up a every other Thursday. Raven you good with that?

Also, does anyone know if snail ever comes to the bay area to tune? Im going to only be running wastegate pressure until I get retuned up there and thats no fun.

 

Never heard of Travis headed down to the bay, and don't have anything planned for the 9th. I think I'm going to do a meet on the 17th at 7PM.

Or are you thinking of doing a Friday instead of a Thursday in a couple weeks? Fyi: the 16th is a Thur and the 17th then is obviously a Fri.
