Gr2's and koni inserts, Swift makes some of the only wagon springs that are worth a damn

Yeah... as for springs...

Swift
RCE
SPT Wagon pinks

Those are the best 3.

Struts... Koni is the way to go. GR2's are made to fit but yeah they're pretty much a stock replacement. Slight step up.. The AGX is a step better but you have to do the GC8 fronts like I did. And run camber bolts front and rear to have the most adjustment short of plates.

I think Tokico makes a set to fit now. I haven't tried it but from reading nasioc it seems to be getting decent reviews. You can also try and find JDM struts. The inverted wagon struts are dope.

If you're gonna run a sedan strut... i.e. revolved sti struts, you should get camber plates for the front and some saggy but shims for the back. So right there you're spending more than what koni's would cost and you have an inferior strut.

Camber is everything. That's why I drill on all these hella flush ding dongs all the time. You can take a stock suspension WRX and change nothing but the camber settings and have a completely different car that probably handles better than some ****** slammed on coil overs with -4 degrees of rear negative camber an no camber in the front. I'd actually prefer to drive the car with stock suspension. LOL!

Seriously... camber is that important.

Test it... keep your current set up. Go get an alignment. Run -1.5 up front and -0.5 in the rear. Tell me how much different it feels.

Yeah but the perch is off. You'll hate life without a camber plate on the front. If you don't care and you're just gonna run stock camber settings... then go for it.

But when you start to have issues or decide you want negative camber in the front and can't do it... don't say I didn't warn you.

You can get wagon inverted struts... they rip.

Seriously... or you'll end up like me... 5 suspension set ups later wondering why I didn't just get koni's to begin with. LOL!

If my suspension doesn't end up working, then I'm switching back to the stock setup + RCE yellows + Whiteline Com-C top hats to get the -2 camber in the front.
