Spoke to Cobb about my AP. Turns out if you have an older AP the firmware wont update easily and will freeze. Thats what happened to mine. Gonna send it in for a free update.

Also, Chris I spoke to them about the ACN 91 Stage 2 map being for Catted vs Catless. they said it IS geared towards catted however will work just fine with catless. Only thing is I have to watch for potential overbooost since its catless. But since its the ACN 91 Octane map, its a lower boost target than 93 Octane so I should be good regardless.

Plus, yesterday with a quick road test and drive to work this morning I noticed that the boost climbs to 16psi with a quickness and holds steady as a rock.
Sounds like you did your homework. Good job!!

If you ever encounter boost creep/overboost issues, let me know and I can adjust your wastegate duty cycle. Or you can switch to the Cobb Stage 2 Low WGDC map. And, as a head's up, Cobb's AFR numbers under stage 2 are conservative so they can run the map on most cars and be safe. I have adjusted my AFR's and noticed a difference. I'm still making tweaks to the map, but overall I have made great gains. I'll let you test it out!

I'm praying nothing is warped, but the radiator is fücked (but covered with a lifetime warranty), and there is a good 5-7psi of lost oil pressure (read via DEFI gauges).

With that said, I hope to get my baby up and running soon, but I may need a new longblock (fml). If anyone has an extra EJ25 block lying around, please let me know.
That just flat out fu*#@ng sucks. But if you do end up needing a new block, at least you can go built from that point.

Thank you for clarifying this. We just swapped Kirsten's setup to catless (up and down) with the Cobb stage two map with no issues. Her wagon is so much quicker now, and she loves it.
The above replies had me worried for a minute

Chris I will cetainly keep that in mind. Cobb mentoined the LWG map as well if I need it.

They also provide the Race Tuner software that allows me (or more qualified tweakers) to modify maps to suit driving/engine needs individually. I think we should certainly entertain that idea, once I get some data logging done to see what I am working with.

Just let me know if you have any questions on what you're looking for as far as data logging or anything else. The AccessTuner software is very easy to navigate when modifying values so I don't think you should have any problems there. I also have some tuning guides for you if you really want to get hard core into tuning.

Sounds good. Might come in handy if I decide to open a Subaru shop in Tahoe.

So to follow up, I went with OTS stage 2 map. I had over boosting and threw P0244 code only at WOT and at night in colder air.

Once I got the pro tuned, it worked itself out. Ive heard the 08 and up have these issues with stage 2 OTS maps since its designed for catted. In the earlier models I havent seen it be an issue with over boosting or creep.
