connecting flange from the manifold to the tailpipe

Can you name this part? Maybe a price range on it too?

Not sure if it is correct, but I belive the part you are refering to is 'Y' shaped that mates between the manifold and the rest of the system. That part runs around $280 from the dealer. I had an exhaust guy look at mine since I have a leak somewhere. He said the 'Y' shaped connector was cracked and would need to be replaced.

I have not replaced it yet.
