connecting megan downpipe to jdm exhaust

i recently bought a megan dp only to find out that i have a jdm turboback on my car (just bought the car).

the jdm catback is longer and the downpipe is shorter than usdm specs.

i don't want to spend the money on a new catback if it is not needed.

SO my question is

can i just buy a usdm mid pipe that will bolt up to the megan dp and the axle back portion of the jdm apexi exhaust? (is axle back section the same in jdm and usdm?)

if so where can i find it?

thanks for reading sorry for the long post,

Theo

you could just go to an exhaust shop and have them shorten the midpipe for you. probably cheaper than buying a new midpipe.

Yes, take it to an exhaust shop and have them shorten your mid-pipe by 3".

I actually had a JDM length downpipe that I got extended to fit my USDM cat-back.

Should cost you no more than $40.

Were you and your friends the one who came and bought the wheels from me a while back? How's the car looking now???
