Okay i own a 2000 legacy gt 2.5 (non turbo) and i found out that it has the same engine as some imprezas(EJ251 or something like that).
so... this may be a stupid question but does anyone know if it is it possible for me to buy take off turbo parts from a wrx and install it into the legacy? If i can what other parts would i need? I bought a cold air intake designed for an impreza and everything fits perfectly so i hope it will work.

If the intake fits and the engine runs okay, then the intake works.

You mentioned 'turbo' parts - what other WRX parts did you have in mind? The WRX has a smaller displacement engine along with much lower static compression ratio and engine management tuned for turbo use. Bolting all of the WRX turbo components onto your engine with no other changes will run poorly at best and possibly cause engine damage if boost and fueling is unregulated.
