I'm new to Subie's and just got my grubby little hands on a 97 Legacy GT 2.5 AWD 5spd. It snowed today so I'm totally in love with the car, but I'd like a little more giddyup. A turbo motor swap is pretty much out of the question, I'm trying to keep it low buck, so what are the Subie guru's reccomendations? I'm trying to spend my money wisely so the more bang for the buck the better. I don't need nitrous, I don't race the thing. I'm just looking to add some more day to day power. It is my daily driver so I don't want it super loud, but I'm up for exhaust, header, whatever. Any recomendations? Thanks in advance!!!!
