Anyone else have problems with this? I can't believe how bad it is. Sometimes I'm turning the wheel 1.5 turns or more before I get any kind of traction. I let my foot off the pedal too to let it catch. And I'm never going over 25mph and it's not a sharp corner either.

This is happening in the dry, snow, rain? Subaru has never been known to equip good tires on their cars, so that's what I'd tackle first.

I have to agree, tires are probably a major culprit. Try fiddling with your tire pressure a bit. I run a 4 lb difference between my front and rear. 36/32 cold. 38/33 for sprinted runs. Now the legacy is a different beast entirely. Think about a sway bar and end link upgrade. Get a more aggresive alignment.

 

I'll take a look. I don't really want to put too much into the car because I'm going to be trading it in when I graduate. And it only has 16k miles on it in a year and a half. If a sway bar or end link is what it takes, then I'll try to start saving.
