Hi, I'm a newbie to the forum and so Subarus. I have a quick question about the 05 Legacy radio. Is there a JDM replacement for the A/C control and radio. I noticed that the radio and A/C controls are 1 piece and I wanted to know if that can be changed and where I can get it? Thanks.

 

There is a JDM replacement piece if you have single zone climate control. If you have dual zone, there is some controversy whether the JDM will work or not.

I don't know of anyone that has done it yet. There is obviously one difference in the placement of the hazzard button, and there may be more issues with other minor differences.

But, if you are willing to give it a shot, I think AVO has some, but I'm not 100% sure.
