slow blow fuse problem

I have a 97 Legacy 2.2 . I have just put on a new head and gaskets myself.
Had just one problem at first and had to change thermostat (it was stuck).
Restarted car I let it warm up found no leaks and the head gasket seems to have no leaks. I then took the car for a ride 4 blocks later it shuts off instantly. Traced it today to the sbf #2 (slow blow fuse)(engine control) tried another fuse in it , it blew, saw that coming. I was pulling around with alot of wires , and sensors.
Did I knock something loose? I'd appreciate any help at all , Thanks .

Car Info: My 2009 FIT for sale!!!!!!!!!!
get a wiring diagrahm....... check where sbf#2 is ...... then trace where the wires to the engine control(probably to the ECU)..... may have a pinched/shorted wire between there when you did the head job........ most likely.
