On a scale of 1-10 how hard are Hella Supertones to install?

On a scale of 1-10 how hard are Hella Supertones to install?
I have read in one forum that the install is difficult, but thenb read in some other forum it's a sinch.......SO, someone please set this straight for me. Haha. Thanks guys or gals.
