Outside Temp

I had to get a new cluster recently and not really thinking about it I bought one for an automatic climate control when I have manual. Since installing the new cluster the outside temp gauge displays ---. I would like to have this working again and I'm sure it's as simple as wiring difference (hopefully). Any ideas?

So after spending my entire morning looking through wiring diagrams and comparing manual to auto hvac the only real difference I m seeing is the addition of a sunload sensor on the auto hvac.
There are 6 wires for the outside air temp. C10, C7, B12, B11, B8, and C6. C10 and C7 go to the power supply circuit on both auto and manual. B12 is unused on the manual but goes to the sunload positive side on the auto a/c. C6 is ground on both. The thing I am unsure of is the fact that the ambient air sensor wires go directly to the cluster on the manual a/c but intersect with the a/c control module on the auto a/c.
Would this cause the gauge not to read? Ideas?
