outside temp and air bag paint

2 questions

1. how do you remove the painted on airbag stickers from the sun visors

2. for the WRX is it possible to get the outside temp displayed in the main gauge pod? it shows one in the owners manual but I've never seen one

Car Info: full race 02 Prodrive widebody with 2.5 Cosworth

I can tell you any good rubbing compound can get those warnings off.
