Sport Compact Car had a very in-depth article on racing seats a month or two ago. Try to find that issue; it had lots of good info.
I'll take a stab at your question though: I would guess that Bride and Recaro full racing buckets should be pretty light. Best of luck.

You aren't going to lose a lot of pork changing seats. Getting rid of rear and passenger seats should help. Unless you get fixed seats w/out recline. CF hood, different exhaust, stereo are some ways to get rid of weight. If you do want to change seats I have that issue of SCC.
