How Do I attatch My High Beams On my JDM 02 head lights?

Does Anyone know how to attracth the HB3 Bulb on the JDM Bug Eye Headlamps? Please Help!

It uses a standard 9005 connector, you can buy one with wire pigtails at a parts store.

This will make the High beam work? Is that Bulb the High beam anyway? Or is it just there?
